betk1 is an online entertainment and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for Bangladeshi users. These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account with betk1, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If a minor's registration is confirmed, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are prohibited and all related accounts will be closed. Multiple family members sharing the same household or IP address may open separate accounts, but additional documents may be requested to verify their identities.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be entirely truthful. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed, and all deposited funds may be deducted.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

betk1 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or another government-approved form of identification. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not completed.

2.5 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the betk1 support team immediately.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at betk1 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 or more yields the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳37,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• betk1 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account will be closed.
• The terms of other ongoing promotions apply separately.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

The following local payment methods can be used to deposit funds at betk1: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the most recent deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made if an active bonus is in place and wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

5.1 Permitted Use

Playing games and betting on the betk1 platform is strictly for personal entertainment. Using the platform for professional or commercial purposes is prohibited. The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized tools is strictly forbidden.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payment purposes.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's systems or software.
• Coordinated betting to gain bonus or promotional advantages (collaborative cheating).
• Managing an account on behalf of someone else.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a bonus or credit is mistakenly granted due to a technical error or system disruption, betk1 reserves the right to correct this and deduct the erroneously granted amount. In such cases, the user is required to notify the support team immediately.

betk1's VIP program has three tiers. Members move up to higher tiers based on their regular play volume and activity.

VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account. betk1 reserves the right to change or discontinue the VIP program structure at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

betk1 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We place the highest priority on responsible gaming principles.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

• You may apply on your own to temporarily or permanently close your account (Self-Exclusion).

12.3 Severability

If any specific provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision will be considered void, but the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
